i too lived in PA, 16 years, and i recall a law that banned houses
containing
more than 9 unrelated women because it would be an official whore house
and therefore there can be no sorority houses at penn state however frat
houses are allowed.  am i right about this or is it just another urban
legend that i took seriously?
