Don't know what to tell you about the graphics (Barefoot Press, maybe),
but you can get decent tape duplication done at Fortress Audio in Graham.
They don't do very good printing on the tapes themselves, however.

Hmmm.  Actually, the answer is nobody locally does very well (that I've
found). Try out of state manufacturers; look in the Musicians' Guide to
Touring & Promotion.  Most places have 800 numbers, so call and ask them
to send you a price list.
