Subject: Any REGGAE FANS in Chapel Hill?
next
Greetings:

Are there *any* reggae fans in Chapel Hill? If so, don't miss the
opportunity to see Jamaica's master drummer at The Skylight Exchange on
the 19th -

WINSTON GRENNAN drummed for Bob Marley, Toots, Peter Tosh, Gregory
Isaacs, John Holt, The Melodians, Scratch Lee Perry, Byron Lee & The
Dragonnaires, Judy Mowatt, Bunny Lee, Prince Buster, Clancey Eccles, The
Ethiopians, Derrick Harriot, Delroy Wilson, Alton Ellis, Ken Boothe, Slim
Smith, Glen Brown, Ken Lazarus... and others.

If you know anything about reggae (more than Bob Bob Bob), from the names
listed above you'll realize that Grennan was "there" from the beginning
of reggae... He's one of the originals

and he's coming to Chapel Hill...
