if you need a room--one is available in a house 1 block from Franklin St. 
on
Short St. for
only $225 a month.  there are 3 other people in the house.  it is
available starting tommorow (15th).

Also--looking for a large vehicle??  There is a lovely 15 passenger van
available for all your traveling needs.  Still in good condition after
a few cross and up and down country treks.  Asking price is $6000 but it
is definitely negotiable.

lastly--i know of a mtn. bike that's on sale for $300.  unfortuantely i
have no specific info.  if you are interested, i can check it out.
