I'd hardly think that people like those on this list are to blame for the
downfall of Ye Olde Chapel Hill. We want less Best Buy and more Walt's.
Knight & Campbell is still open isn't it? It's more like the people who
move here to work in RTP. They want to live here because of the magazine
articles, but they want to shop in New Hope Commons. Visit State College,
PA if you ever get to thinkin that this here place is bad. State College
is what Chapel Hill could be. A few good bars, and a Chili's right smack
in the middle next to Gap and Eddie Bauer. Chapel Hill aint so bad.
Why???
1) No Billboards
2)No drivethroughs downtown
3) Even new, corporate businesses must adhere to a "look"
4)Damn pretty campus
5)LOTS of Arts

"I predict that in ten years, computers will be twice as fast, ten
thousand times larger, and so expensive that only the five richest kings
in Europe wil be able to own them."
