Fortress Audio is the place.  It's not too far away, and they do a good
job.  You can master your tape there as well, if you wish.  However, if
youre a bit more ambitious, you can try ADA (I think).  I believe its in
Burlington, but then again, I could be wrong.  They do graphics as well.

If you are creative and patient, you could use a desktop publishing
program like Corel, scan pictures/drawings/art, and print out j-cards on
card stock paper or glossy paper.  It takes time, but it's worth the
trip to Kinko's.
