| about the showSince 1995, WXDU has featured live local music on a semi-regular basis (well, except for the 18 months between fall '96 and spring '98 when we were towerless). At present, live local bands (and some out of towners) can be heard from 4 to 6 p.m. Sundays (Eastern Time). 88.7 FM in the RTP area of North Carolina; www.wxdu.org everywhere else in the world.
Send us stuff! We can't book you if we don't know you, so send us gifts (preferably your music):
WXDU Live/Local PO Box 90689 Durham, NC 27708Experiment time: You can also send MP3 or OGG audio files to music@trianglerock.com. I'd *prefer* an actual CD in the mail, but I figure I'll give you the option until I realize what a bad idea it is. | Cry of the Forgotten - May 27, 2001 - WXDU(click photo for larger 109 kb version) | Tami Hart - WXDU - Halloween 1999(click photo for larger 86 kb version) | Dom Casual - WXDU studios(click photo for larger 139 kb version) | Steve Pedersen - The White Octave - WXDU - Sep. 5, 1999(click photo for larger 80 kb version) | | bands we have known (click linked names for photos and/or soundfiles)
